At FETCH Eyewear, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. That’s why all of our frames and lenses come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please review the details below to understand what is covered under our warranty and how to make a claim.

What’s Covered:

  • Frames: Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for all frames, including issues with the frame structure, hinges, and weld points.
  • Lenses: Our warranty includes coverage for manufacturing defects in lenses, such as cracks or flaws that compromise visual clarity.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Lens Scratching: Scratches on lenses, which can result from everyday wear or improper care, are not covered under this warranty. To prevent scratches, please store your glasses in a case when not in use and clean them with the provided microfiber cloth.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or improper care (such as bending, dropping, or exposure to extreme temperatures) is not covered.
  • Wear and Tear: General wear and tear from regular use is not covered by this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you experience a manufacturing defect within one year of your purchase, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
