How does Fetch Eyewear support animal welfare?
All frame profits from Fetch Eyewear are donated to animal welfare causes such as The Pixie Project—a nonprofit focused on animal rescue, adoption, and medical care. Your purchase directly funds these efforts to help animals in need.
How does Fetch donate 100% of profits to animal welfare?
After paying staff and business expenses, 100% of profits are donated to The Pixie
Project in Portland Oregon and to other animal welfare organizations in need.

What shipping options are available?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of order total or shipping location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days for frame-only and non-prescription sunglasses. Reading glasses and reading sunglasses usually ship within 7-12 business days. Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses ship in approximately 7-12 business days. You'll receive a USPS email notification once your order has shipped.
Prescription & Lens Information
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Yes, Fetch Eyewear provides prescription lenses, including single-vision, progressive, and reading options. Upload your prescription during checkout or email it to us with your order number.
How can I renew my prescription?
While Fetch doesn't offer in-house vision tests, we recommend visiting a local eye care provider for a prescription renewal.
What types of lenses are available?
We offer a range of lenses, including single-vision, progressive, blue light-blocking, and polarized sunglasses.
Try-On Options
Does Fetch Eyewear offer a Home Try-On Program?
Currently, we do not offer a Home Try-On Program. However, our virtual try-on tool on the website allows you to see how different frames look on your face from the comfort of home.
Insurance & Payment
Can I use insurance for Fetch Eyewear?
Fetch Eyewear doesn't bill insurance directly, but many providers reimburse for out-of-network purchases. Check with your provider and submit your receipt to see if they cover your frames. Visit our insurance page to learn more.
Can I use FSA/HSA funds for my Fetch purchase?

What materials are Fetch frames made from?
All Fetch Eyewear frames are made from high quality Italian plant-based cellulose acetate, designed for comfort and longevity.
How should I care for my frames?
To maintain your Fetch frames, use a microfiber cloth for cleaning and store them in the provided protective case. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to high heat.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is the Fetch Eyewear return policy?
We accept returns on specific items within 30 days of receiving your glasses. Nonprescription items such as frames only, sunglasses, reading glasses, and blue blocker glasses may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full product credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. For prescription lenses that do not match the customer’s prescription, we offer adjustments at no charge, covering the shipping costs for the return and reshipment. Please note that we cannot accept returns on prescription glasses made correctly according to the provided prescription. Does Fetch Eyewear offer a warranty?
