What happens if I break my frames?
Fetch frames are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against breakage. If your frame breaks for any reason (that’s right, we said ANY reason) you can return it to us for a replacement. See more information here.
Can I return my purchase?
All Fetch frames can be returned for any reason within 30 days of arrival for a full refund. Prescription lenses are final sale, and cannot be returned/exchanged. Exceptions are made if there was a manufacturing error on the lens, or if there is a change indicated by your doctor (within 30 days).

How does Try at Home work?
Select your favorite Fetch frames (up to five pairs), add them to the Try At Home cart and proceed with checkout. You have five days from the day you receive the frames to test them out and get feedback from friends and family. Then simply return all the frames in the Try at Home box using the enclosed prepaid label. Shipping is free both ways.
Is Try at Home Free?
Yes, Try at Home is free! During the check-out process, you will be asked for a valid credit card to secure the transaction, and a $1 deposit will appear on your account. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your Try At Home return.
The exception: If your Try at Home is not returned after 4 weeks, or if the frames are returned damaged, you will be charged the full retail value of each frame ($95 for standard Fetch frames, $145 for Fetch Signature frames). If you will be late in returning your Try at Home feel free to give us a call or send an email, we understand life happens!
How do I pick the right frame?

Where can I try on Fetch frames?
Our free Try At Home service lets you pick your five favorite Fetch frames and test them out for five days. Or check our store listing for a retailer near you. Each retailer may have a slightly different selection, so we recommend calling ahead if you are in search of a specific frame. We also have a store in Portland, OR that has the complete Fetch frame assortment.
What if I need progressive lenses?
We cannot fill progressive or bifocal prescriptions online, but Fetch frames can be used with progressive and bifocal lenses. Simply order the frame and take them to your doctor or optician to have the lenses filled. No worries, frame only purchases are still covered by our 30 day return policy and lifetime frame warranty. If you find yourself in Portland, OR, we can fill progressive and bifocal prescriptions in our retail store!
Can Fetch fill strong prescriptions?
We offer top grade 1.67 and 1.74 high index lenses for customers with stronger prescriptions. More info here. If you have any questions about finding the best lens for your prescription please contact us.
Can Fetch put new lenses in my old frame?
We are happy to replace lenses in any Fetch frame. However, we cannot insert lenses into frames from other manufacturers. Contact us for lens replacement costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship reading glasses, reading sunglasses, non-prescription sunglasses and optical frames to all international addresses. Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses can only be shipped to addresses in the US and Canada. All international shipping rates are based on order quantity and destination.
Can I rush my order?
If you need to receive your glasses sooner than the usual turn times please contact us to verify availability and shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
Orders for frame only and plano (non-prescription) and sunglasses typically ship within 1-3 business days. Reading glasses and reading sunglasses typically ship within 7-12 business days. Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses ship in approximately 7-12 business days. If you place an order for multiple types of glasses the entire order will ship when all pairs are complete. You will receive a USPS email notification once your order has shipped, be sure to check your spam folder!
Can Fetch put new lenses in my old frame?
We are happy to replace lenses in any Fetch frame. However, we cannot insert lenses into frames from other manufacturers. Give us a call to learn more about our replacement lens prices.
How does buying glasses help animals?
Fetch Eyewear donates all profits to The Pixie Project and other animal welfare organizations to support animal rescue, low cost veterinary care and education programs. Every purchase makes a difference! More info (link)
Can I use my flex account for Fetch?
The majority of FSA accounts do cover eyeglasses, reading glasses and sunglasses and most flex account cards can be used directly through our website. If you have questions about processing an FSA purchase just contact us.
Does Fetch bill insurance?
We do not bill insurance companies directly but are happy to provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for reimbursement. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a receipt after placing your order.
