FETCH is thrilled to be launching a Home Try On Program which will let you try out up to three pairs of frames to find your perfect fit, all from the comfort of your own home.

Getting Started

1. Browse the Collection
Explore our selection of stylish, handcrafted frames and pick your top three favorites to try at home. Take advantage of our virtual try on tool to find the best frames for you.

2. Add to Cart
Add your 3 chosen Home Try On frames to your cart by selecting "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" under the lens selection option. Home Try On frames come with non prescription lenses.

3. Checkout
At checkout, we'll temporarily place an authorization hold on your card but won't charge you anything if items are returned after 5 days.

4. Try Them On
Your trial starts upon items' arrival. Take 5 days to test them out at home. See how they look, feel, and fit in your everyday life.

5. Send Them Back
Use the prepaid return label included in your box to send the frames back—easy, fast, and free.

6. Order Your Perfect Pair
Loved one of the styles? Head back to fetcheyewear.com to order your favorite with prescription, sun, or blue light lenses.

* Some card issuers only allow 7 days authorization. In order to make it longer you may see a re-authorization on your card. The old authorization transaction will usually be cancelled 24 hours after a re-authorization. In case of a failed re-authorization, FETCH will capture the total order amount. *

Which styles are available for Home Try-On?

All of our eyeglasses and sunglasses are available for Home Try-On, excluding the FETCH iL frames. You can browse the full selection on our website.

How do I return my frames?

After enjoying your frames for 5 business days, please return them in the original packaging. Tape the box shut, affix the prepaid USPS return label to the outside, and drop it off with your mail carrier. We’ll take care of the rest.

What if I can’t find my return label?

No worries! If you can’t find your return label, simply reach out to us. You can email us at info@fetcheyewear.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

How do I track my shipment?

All shipments are tracked so you’ll know when to expect your frames. When returning your frames, please keep an eye on the date to ensure they’re sent back within the 5-day trial period (we’ll also send you an email when it’s time to ship your frames back). This helps avoid any charges for late returns.

When does the 5 day try-on window start?

It starts the day you receive your frames, and ends after 5 days.  Please return your frames on the sixth day to avoid charges for late returns.  For example, if your frames are received by you on January 1, then they need to be in the mail on or before January 6.

Can I select more than three frames?

To keep it simple and manageable, you can select up to three frames to try on at home so that you’re not overwhelmed. Use our ‘Find Your Fit’ tool to help you narrow down your options!

Why do I need to provide my credit card?

The Home Try-On program requires a valid credit or debit card for security purposes. Your card will not be charged unless you do not return your Home Try-On, or if the returned frames are damaged. In that case, we will charge the card on file for the full price of each outstanding or damaged pair, ranging from $95 to $145 depending on the frame.

Can I try frames virtually?

Absolutely! If you’re eager to try frames right away, use our Virtual Try-On tool to see how the frames look on your face. You can access the tool directly on our website or app to get an idea of how each style will fit you.

What happens if I don’t return my frames?

If you don’t return your frames or they’re returned damaged, we’ll charge the card on file for the full price of each frame. This ensures that the program remains accessible for everyone. Please make sure to return your frames on time to avoid any charges. If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, simply drop the frames in the mail on the next available day. If you need an extra day or two, reach out to us and we’ll work something out.
