Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order total or shipping location within the United States.

Returns

We accept returns on specific items within 30 days of receiving your glasses. Please carefully review our return guidelines.

Nonprescription lenses 

The following items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full product credit:

• Frames only
• Sunglasses
• Reading glasses
• Blueblocker glasses

Customers will be responsible for return shipping

Prescription Lenses

• RX Lens Issues: Prescription lenses that do not match the customer’s prescription may be returned for adjustment at no charge to the customer. FETCH will pay the shipping cost for the return of the glasses and their shipment back to you.
• Lens Types Eligible for Adjustment: Single vision lenses, Transition lenses, Progressive lenses, and RX sun prescriptions. 
• Please contact our optician at qcoptical@comcast.net for assistance with a prescription adjustment.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on prescription glasses made correctly according to the prescription given. Please take advantage of our excellent virtual try on option to select a style that is right for you. Scratches, damage, or issues unrelated to manufacturing defects are not eligible under our return policy.
